Banner Life Insurance Company is seeking a results‑driven Account Growth Coordinator (NIMO) to support the Account Growth Manager and VP, National Accounts. You will be the customer‑facing primary contact for Network IMO agents, handling onboarding, communications, and program implementation while driving production and profitability goals.

This remote EST role offers a compensation range of $49,500 to $59,400 annually, with additional incentives including annual bonuses, paid vacation,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of life insurance or related field experience.
• 1–3 years in a customer service role with telephone experience.
• 1+ years in a customer contact sales role within the industry.
• Understanding of life insurance distribution channels and business models.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for assigned Network IMO agents.
• Communicate effectively with agents and internal partners to resolve issues.
• Promote L&G products and programs to Network IMO’s and staff across teams; train onboarding.
• Meet internal and client deadlines for program implementation.
• Collaborate with channel leaders to assess new distribution opportunities.
• Travel to distribution events, conferences or trainings as needed.
