YipitData is seeking an Account Development Manager II to join our remote-friendly team supporting hedge fund clients. You will own and grow commercial relationships, balance priorities across many clients, and become a trusted product expert driving value and engagement.

The role offers a competitive base salary with potential for variable compensation and can sit in NYC, a hub, or fully remote within the US.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ year of relevant client facing experience.
Ability to build strategic relationships within your book of business to support renewals, partnerships, and expansion opportunities.
Passionate about making clients successful and addressing their investment questions.
Proactively identify value-adding opportunities for your client base and materialize them through research.
Able to manage a high-touch, high-volume client base.
Self-starter and team player.
Energized by data-driven investment research and markets.

Responsibilities

Own and cultivate relationships with your clients by leveraging product expertise to drive value and grow user engagement.
Become a trusted resource for clients by acting as a thought partner and providing top-notch service.
Advocate for client needs cross-departmentally and create/execute account growth and engagement strategies.
Develop rapport with key decision makers and manage renewals from start to finish.
Identify and execute upsell opportunities to augment contract value.
Contribute to building best-in-class practices within the Client Strategy team and grow into Business Development.
