Job summary

The Cake is seeking driven Account Executives to grow client partnerships across creative, marketing, technology, and professional staffing. This remote role begins as commission-only with uncapped earnings and a path to a salaried, full-time position.

We're looking for confident sales professionals who can open doors, build relationships, and close business, with CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and a proven ability to drive results.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales or business development experience.
• Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close new business.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
• Experience with CRM platforms; Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and closing.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers at leading companies.
• Identify hiring needs and position our staffing and talent solutions.
• Conduct discovery calls, client presentations, and business development meetings.
• Partner with recruiters to deliver qualified talent and successful placements.
• Manage sales activity, pipeline, and client relationships through CRM tools.
