HeyMilo Labs is seeking experienced account executives to participate in paid, recorded conversations with other sales professionals. You’ll discuss strategy, debate approaches to difficult deals, and explain the reasoning behind your decisions.

Conversations help train AI systems. You’ll discuss discovery, qualification, stakeholder management, pricing, negotiation, and closing, and defend a recommended strategy using your experience. The sessions may be recorded and used for licensing terms.

Qualifications

• Experience in account executive or similar B2B sales role.
• Hands-on experience managing buyer conversations and progressing deals.
• Fluent spoken communication in the session language.
• Ability to explain thinking, support perspectives, and disagree constructively.
• Comfort with unscripted exchanges where participants ask questions and contribute ideas.

Responsibilities

• Discuss discovery, opportunity qualification, stakeholder management, pricing, negotiation, and closing.
• Debate approaches to realistic sales situations, such as stalled deals or competitive evaluations.
• Defend a recommended strategy using experience and reasoning.
• Challenge assumptions, ask probing questions, and respond to objections.
• Explore alternative approaches as new information emerges with anonymized examples.
