Job summary

HeyMilo Labs in the United States is seeking experienced customer success professionals to participate in paid, recorded conversations with peers. You’ll discuss how to manage customer relationships, account strategies, and tradeoffs behind difficult customer decisions.

These conversations will train and evaluate AI systems, with compensation ranging from $40 to $100 per hour. Remote work is supported as an independent contractor arrangement.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, onboarding, adoption, or renewals.
• Fluent spoken communication in the session language.
• Ability to explain customer and business tradeoffs clearly.
• Confidence with unscripted discussions and constructive disagreement.

Responsibilities

• Discuss onboarding, implementation, product adoption, account health, renewals, and expansion.
• Debate adoption challenges and renewals at risk with peers.
• Explain and defend an account strategy.
• Challenge colleagues’ recommendations and ask clarifying questions.
• Discuss customer expectations and product limitations using anonymized examples.
