Job summary

OneDigital Investment Advisors LLC is seeking an Account Executive for a remote role serving Dallas/Houston regions. You will partner with the Regional Consultant to drive revenue growth and optimize operations on the consultant’s book of business.

The role requires strong communication with C-suite, rigorous attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel. You will support RFPs, client onboarding, and carrier relationships while collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• RFP/quoting support and pipeline management with carriers and clients.
• Agency pipeline management and scheduling pre-renewal calls.
• Content development for client and carrier meetings and presentations.
• Revenue tracking and reconciliation for book of business.
• Administrative support including travel, expense reports, and events.
• Assist with carrier relationships and onboarding of new clients.
