This role targets former immigration attorneys who can translate regulations into strategic business solutions, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive revenue in a remote-ready position with travel optional.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business immigration law experience supporting corporate clients.
• Experience advising HR, Talent Acquisition, Mobility, and Legal teams.
• Knowledge of employment-based immigration programs (H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, I-140, etc.).
• Demonstrated track record of managing client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and drive to generate revenue through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities by educating prospective clients on Envoy Global's immigration and mobility solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales process from discovery through closing.
• Partner with HR, Legal, Global Mobility, and executives to understand workforce planning and immigration challenges.
• Conduct compelling presentations, demos, and business discussions.
• Translate complex immigration risks into clear business solutions.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, referrals, and strategic outreach.
• Collaborate with affiliate law office, product, marketing, and customer success teams to create exceptional client experiences.
• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
