Job summary

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly personal production goals and admit budgets for assigned locations.
• Execute weekly/monthly/quarterly strategy to increase market share through key account development.
• Plan activity to maximize territory coverage of existing and prospective accounts.
• Conduct effective sales calls to educate referral sources on services.
• Maintain CRM records, expense entries, and payroll timesheets in a timely manner.
• Communicate benefits and competitive advantages of the agency’s services.
• Collaborate with leadership to align growth with patient care needs.
