Accruity is a people-focused accounting services firm seeking an Account Executive to drive client growth and build lasting relationships. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to engagement, while presenting tailored solutions and managing the pipeline with discipline.

The role favors candidates in the Pittsburgh area but welcomes remote applicants who align with our culture. This is a hybrid/remote opportunity with travel up to 25% as needed to build relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a closerype role such as Account Executive or Business Development Manager.
• Track record of closing B2B service-based deals.
• Strong discovery and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity through signed engagement.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand business needs and growth objectives.
• Position Accruity's services as strategic solutions aligned with prospect goals.
• Manage opportunities through discovery, proposal, and engagement.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and deal tracking in CRM.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Represent Accruity at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with onboarding to ensure a smooth handoff to delivery.
