NCC delivers software solutions that help automotive dealerships streamline operations and boost profitability. As an Account Executive, you will own an outbound pipeline, reach dealership decision-makers, and close deals for NCC's auto-credit solutions.

This high-velocity role offers a $110K OTE with uncapped commissions and accelerators, a 4-month ramp, unlimited PTO, and remote work flexibility. You’ll thrive in a metrics-driven team and collaborate across departments to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales with regular outbound cold calls and self-generated pipeline.
• Automotive experience through dealership roles or selling to dealerships.
• Hunter mindset: open doors, handle rejection, create urgency, close deals.
• Ability to speak credibly with dealership leadership and connect NCC's auto-credit to priorities.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and accountability in a metrics-driven environment.
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM to manage pipeline and daily activity.

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily through outbound calls, emails, social outreach, and follow-up to build a healthy pipeline.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact through presentation, negotiation, and signed agreement.
• Reach dealership owners, general managers, F&I leaders, and other decision-makers with concise messaging.
• Translate NCC's auto-credit capabilities into clear dealership value and profitability.
• Maintain accurate opportunities, activity, next steps, and forecasts in Salesforce.
• Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, conversion, and revenue goals.
• Partner with sales leadership and internal teams to ensure smooth handoff and customer experience.
