Job summary

NCC is seeking Account Executives to win new dealership customers for our auto-credit solutions. You will own a high-activity outbound territory, contact dealership decision-makers, and close deals through a concise value proposition and a short sales cycle.

Required: 2+ years of B2B sales with outbound calling, automotive dealership experience, and the ability to build a self-generated pipeline in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales with regular outbound cold calling
• Automotive dealership experience or equivalent
• Ability to build and manage a self-generated pipeline
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM to manage pipeline

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily through outbound calls, email, social outreach, and follow-up to build a healthy pipeline.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement.
• Reach dealership owners and decision-makers with concise messaging.
• Translate NCC's auto-credit capabilities into dealership value.
• Maintain opportunities, activity, next steps, and forecasts in Salesforce.
• Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, conversion, and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and internal teams for a smooth handoff and strong customer experience.
