Job summary

Fetch is seeking an Account Director, Mid-Market Growth, to lead client relationships, drive retention and growth, and own revenue targets within a high-impact, client-facing role. You will craft strategic campaigns, expand relationships, and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve data accuracy and engagement across your pod.

You’ll build executive relationships, guide campaign strategy, and coach teammates while expanding Fetch’s impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, sales support, or a related field.
• Direct industry experience in digital media, advertising, or consumer data.
• Experience driving revenue through renewals, upsells, and client growth conversations.
• Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Expert in analyzing campaign data and presenting insights to clients or internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini AI) or automation platforms (e.g. Zapier).

Responsibilities

• Own individual revenue targets and contribute to pod revenue goals.
• Develop strategies to retain and grow top-tier partnerships, driving strategic long-term partnerships and success.
• Lead executive-level client relationships as the primary point of contact and manage key touchpoints.
