Job summary

Level Agency is seeking an Account Director to lead performance‑driven client relationships with a focused portfolio of accounts. You will connect strategy to execution, speak credibly about Google Ads and paid media, and drive measurable business outcomes across channels.

You will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders, own the client storytelling in data, and ensure budgets, timelines, and documentation stay sharp and aligned with client goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a performance marketing agency.
• Account leadership experience in a performance environment.
• Google Ads fluency is required.
• Understanding of how paid media, SEO, creative, data, CRM, websites, CRO and analytics connect.
• Experience managing a focused book of clients (3–8 accounts).
• Bias toward outcomes over sheer metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead Performance Strategy translating client goals into multi‑channel plans.
• Own Client Relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Connect the Marketing Ecosystem across channels.
• Bring Paid Media Fluency in Google Ads and media performance.
• Spot issues early by analyzing performance trends.
• Push back with purpose to protect outcomes.
• Manage a Deep Book with depth on each account.
• Guide Internal Teams to keep priorities and outcomes aligned.
• Tell the Story in the Data through reporting and dashboards.
• Own the Details: budgets, forecasts, timelines, and docs.
