Job summary

Revecore is seeking a detail-oriented analyst to manage accident-related accounts from intake to resolution, coordinating no-fault and liability benefits for hospital clients. You will handle a high volume of calls and work across AcciClaim and SharePoint, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a professional office environment (required).
• Experience in health insurance, auto insurance, or medical billing (preferred).
• Knowledge of coordination of benefits or subrogation (a plus).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working across multiple screens, with the ability to learn AcciClaim and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of their caseload and follow each account through to resolution.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with patients, adjusters, and attorneys.
• Work independently, set priorities, and manage their time with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Address issues proactively and follow up consistently.
