You will work with AcciClaim records, monitor portals, and handle a high volume of calls while maintaining accuracy.

The role requires one year of office experience, familiarity with health or auto insurance, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn new systems.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a professional office environment.
• Experience in health insurance, auto insurance, or medical billing.
• Knowledge of coordination of benefits or subrogation.
• Strong verbal and written communication; proficient with Microsoft Office; able to learn AcciClaim and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of their caseload and follow each account through to resolution.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with patients, adjusters, and attorneys.
• Work independently, set priorities, and manage their time with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Address issues proactively and follow up consistently.
