Job summary

Johnson Health Tech is seeking a QA Analyst and Developer to ensure quality across our global marketing sites and tools. Under the QA and Accessibility Lead, you will test web and mobile applications and help build test automation.

The role supports flexible scheduling with remote options and a collaborative agile environment where your contributions directly impact site quality and user experience. Candidates should have a four-year degree and several years of QA experience, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of Quality Assurance testing for web apps.
• Experience with accessibility standards is preferred.
• Experience with end-to-end and/or unit testing is preferred.
• Ability to plan automation and work with developers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Actively test web and mobile applications and supporting software.
• Contribute to automation planning and determine what to automate.
• Create automated tests using Cypress for Angular and other apps.
• Develop standardized QA processes, test strategies, and accessibility testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and design teams to ensure quality and accessibility.
• Document defects and report to developers; support continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
• Contribute to application development as opportunities arise.
