Job summary

MCGARITY CONSULTING GROUP is seeking a remote Accessibility Project Support Specialist, Level II, to support program compliance reporting for ICT projects. The role emphasizes turning automated scan results into executive-ready findings, and producing regular governmentwide and headquarters health assessments.

The ideal candidate holds IAAP CPACC certification, deep knowledge of 508 standards, and 2+ years supporting ICT projects addressing 508.

Qualifications

Current IAAP CPACC certification required.
Broad knowledge of the Revised Section 508 Standards.
Two years supporting ICT projects addressing Section 508 throughout lifecycle.
Experience evaluating and remediating electronic documents and forms (Office and PDF).
Ability to provide verbal and written instruction on evaluation/remediation.

Responsibilities

Identify information resources, gather data, analyze, validate, and produce reports for internal and external requirements, including gov't accessibility assessments and program health reviews.
Review automated scan results, compare remediation guidance to manual conformance testing, conduct trend analysis, and tailor findings for executives, program managers, and web teams.
Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual activity and compliance reporting in ServiceNow.
Complete accessibility reviews of ICT requests through governance: acquisition reviews, change control, and approval processes.
Prepare topic-specific reporting for senior leadership, often on short notice, with professional quality.
Provide back-up document remediation and training support, including instructor-led training on MS Office and Adobe.
