Job summary

Novartis Group Companies is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager for the Louisville, KY geography. This remote and field-based role covers Louisville, Lexington, and Indianapolis, with required travel within territory.

You will lead access and reimbursement activities, analyze payer policies, and integrate manufacturer programs into provider workflows. The role requires 3–5 years in reimbursement or pharma, knowledge of managed care, and strong collaboration across NPC teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years' experience in public or private third-party Reimbursement arena or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy products (buy and bill).
• Experience with coding, billing and office support programs.
• Prior account management experience or with complex payer accounts.
• Knowledge of Managed Care, Government and Federal payer sectors.
• Willingness to travel 60–80% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Interact with assigned accounts to support patient access and educate providers on product-specific programs.
• Analyze payer policies, drug acquisition, inventory management and reimbursement issues.
• Coordinate with Patient Support Center on patient case management and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights on customer needs and barriers.
• Maintain understanding of NPC policies and handle PII per HIPAA and compliance guidelines.
