Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager to drive patient access for FILSPARI across remote U.S. regions. The role requires expertise in navigating payer policies, prior authorizations, and REMS enrollment, working closely with Hub, sales, and external providers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in pharma/health, 3+ years in reimbursement, and a Bachelor’s degree. Travel up to 35% and strong collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in pharma/health industry with hubs, payers or HCPs.
• 3+ years reimbursement/access/case management experience; REMS familiarity preferred.
• Strong collaboration and multitasking abilities; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key contact for patient access and reimbursement in assigned geography.
• Educate physicians and staff on PSF submission, REMS enrollment, and PA processes.
• Coordinate with Hub, specialty pharmacy, and REMS teams to move cases forward.
• Lead weekly case status meetings with sales and leadership; document updates daily.
• Monitor payer trends and educate internal/external stakeholders on changes.
