Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Field Access Manager to optimize patient access to therapies and navigate reimbursement challenges within the Plasma-Immunology portfolio. Based in the United States, the role reports to the Regional Director of Patient Access in the West region.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years field-based account management experience.
• Strong knowledge of reimbursement landscape.

Responsibilities

• Optimize Patient Access by navigating reimbursement and access challenges.
• Proactively educate and support provider practices, hospitals, and pharmacies on reimbursement processes.
• Build strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations to resolve reimbursement/access issues.
• Educate internal teams on reimbursement/access scenarios to enhance capabilities.
• Monitor healthcare policies and reimbursement trends and regulatory requirements.
