Rosecrance Behavioral Health seeks an Access Counselor – Specialized Services to coordinate access to care and support business development. The role emphasizes outreach to referral sources, collaboration with clinical teams, and ensuring timely, appropriate services.

Remote with on-site elements, it requires strong communication and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include intake coordination, eligibility assessments, and relationship-building with hospitals and community partners.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related field.
• Illinois CADC or licensed LSW/LPC required (or eligibility).
• Must qualify as an MHP per Illinois Rule 132.
• Proven experience in behavioral health or related field.
• Experience coordinating care with hospital systems or EAPs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for complex cases.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for professional referral sources and clients, ensuring seamless intake.
• Assess client needs, determine eligibility, and coordinate services promptly.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to address challenges and expedite solutions.
• Maintain detailed records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and community organizations.
• Represent the organization at community events and professional meetings.
• Spend at least one day weekly in the community meeting sources and attending events.
