Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) and Texas LCSW licensure.
• Or MSW with Texas LPC or LMFT licensure.
• Valid Texas driver's license and agency driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and risk assessments.
• Develop Person-Centered Recovery Plans.
• Ensure accurate electronic documentation per state guidelines.
• Collaborate with team and participate in meetings and training.
