Job summary

The position requires a behavioral health background, IL licensing or CADC, and a passion for helping individuals achieve timely, effective care. This remote role is based in Illinois with local outreach responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• CADC certification or IL license (LSW/LPC) required.
• Must qualify as a MHP per IL Rule 132.
• Experience in behavioral health or social services.
• Experience coordinating care with hospitals or EAPs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate access to care and intake with referral sources.
• Build relationships with referral sources and community partners.
• Assess client needs, determine eligibility, and coordinate services.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve client challenges.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with standards.
• Represent Rosecrance at community events and professional meetings.
• Spend one day per week in the community meeting referrals.
