Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work or related field.
• Must qualify as an MHP per Illinois Rule 132.

Responsibilities

• Work scheduled hours and any additional hours as needed by leadership.
• Provide crisis intervention and medication monitoring as necessary.
• Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions.
• Maintain client service records per regulations and timelines.
• Coordinate services from community resources.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Present workshops and trainings to clients, families, staff, and community groups.
• Align actions with Rosecrance Code of Conduct and legal requirements.
