Job summary

Bluebonnet Trails Community Services seeks an Access Clinician to be the first contact for care access, conducting diagnostic interviews, assessments, and person-centered recovery planning. The role supports individuals with chronic mental health conditions and requires strong documentation skills and adherence to state guidelines.

The position is fully remote within the BTCS service area, with a base hourly salary of $31.80–$38.05 and performance-based differential details.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Social Work with Texas LCSW licensure or
• Masters degree in Psychology/Counseling with Texas LPC/LMFT licensure

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial and emotional needs assessments.
• Develop Person-Centered Recovery Plans.
• Perform diagnostic interviews and eligibility assessments.
• Maintain thorough, compliant electronic documentation and reporting.
