Job summary

Insight Global seeks ACA Sales Agents for a remote, contract-based role focusing on selling ACA products and assisting customers with Medicare enrollment and eligibility. You will deliver excellent customer service and support over phone or online.

Responsibilities include lead follow-up, CRM record maintenance, and meeting sales goals while attending regular training sessions. This is a 13-week contract with varying hours and overtime possible.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of ACA or Medicare sales experience.
• Active health insurance license (multi-state preferred).
• FFM certification by 2026.
• Own equipment for remote work (computer, monitor, headset, high-speed internet, quiet space).

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with leads generated by marketing campaigns, referrals, or other sources.
• Assess customer needs and recommend ACA/Medicare solutions based on budget and health status.
• Assist customers with the ACA enrollment process and answer questions or concerns.
• Maintain and update customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Attend regular training sessions and meetings.
• Call prospective and existing clients to review Medicare health insurance plans.
• Represent leading insurance carriers with strong financial stability.
• Provide the best solution based on immediate needs and budgetary concerns.
• Create an easy and enjoyable experience for all clients.
