Job summary

Insight Global is seeking ACA Sales Agents to join our client in West Palm Beach, FL. As an inside sales agent, you will sell ACA products over the phone or online and educate customers on Medicare enrollment and eligibility, delivering strong service and support.

You will follow up on leads, assess needs, recommend solutions within budget, maintain CRM records, and strive to exceed sales goals while staying current on Medicare regulations and product offerings.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in ACA or Medicare required.
• Health insurance license (licensed in multiple states preferred).
• Holds 2026 FFM certification.
• Own a laptop or desktop with high-speed internet.
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and confidence; quick learner.
• Effective verbal communication skills, both in-person and via phone.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, or other sources.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable ACA/Medicare solutions.
• Assist customers with the ACA enrollment process and answer questions or concerns.
• Maintain and update customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Stay updated on the latest Medicare regulations, policies, and products.
• Attend regular training sessions and meetings.
• Call prospective as well as existing clients to review Medicare health insurance plans.
• Represent leading insurance carriers with strong financial stability.
• Provide client with best solution based upon immediate need and budgetary concerns.
• Create an easy and enjoyable experience for all clients.

Compensation: $21.33/hr + uncapped commission + lots of OT
