Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Health Insurance Sales Agent for a contract, remote role to sell Individual/Family ACA plans. You’ll handle inbound inquiries, assess client needs, provide quotes, and deliver top-tier service to prospective members.

The role requires a high school diploma, an active Life/Health license, and ability to work with multiple carriers. Competitive pay, with bonuses, and a fully remote setup support a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or 1-2 years related experience.
• Active Accident/Health Insurance License in your state of residency.
• Ability to get appointed as licensed sales agent by multiple carriers.
• Demonstrates proficiency with Sales systems.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls from individuals inquiring about ACA individual and/or family health plans.
• Identify clients’ needs and match solutions to those needs.
• Provide quotes using our sales systems and carrier quoting tools.
• Provide excellent customer service to include a positive relationship between prospective members and Gallagher.
