Job summary

Catch Coverage, LLC is seeking a Licensed ACA Health Insurance Agent to educate individuals on ACA marketplace options and guide them through enrollment. This is a fully remote, W-2 sales role based in IA.

Newly licensed agents are encouraged to apply; prior ACA sales experience is a plus but not required. The role offers $20/hour plus uncapped commissions and potential to reach $70k–$100k OTE.

Qualifications

• Active health or health/life license in good standing
• Newly licensed agents encouraged to apply
• ACA marketplace sales experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Educate consumers on ACA marketplace options
• Assess coverage needs and explain plan features
• Guide enrollment through the ACA Marketplace enrollment process
• Provide professional, consultative customer service throughout interactions
• Maintain accurate enrollment data in company systems
• Meet established sales, conversion, quality, productivity, and attendance expectations
• Maintain required licensing and credentials
• Navigate multiple computer systems to assist customers
