Job summary

Catch Coverage, LLC is hiring licensed ACA Health Insurance Agents for a fully remote role serving Nebraska. You will educate individuals on ACA Marketplace options, identify suitable plans, and guide enrollment while meeting sales and service KPIs.

The position offers $20.00 per hour plus uncapped commissions, ongoing training, and a supportive, compliant work environment. Newly licensed agents are encouraged to apply and grow within a team focused on customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active Health or Health/Life Insurance License in good standing.
• Newly licensed agents encouraged; prior ACA sales experience not required.
• Experience in ACA, health insurance, telesales, call center, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to complete and maintain all required ACA Marketplace/FFM registration and training.
• Willing to work additional hours during peak Open Enrollment periods.

Responsibilities

• Educate consumers on ACA Marketplace health insurance options.
• Assess coverage needs and help consumers understand plan options.
• Explain premiums, deductibles, copays, provider networks, and drug coverage.
• Guide consumers through the ACA Marketplace enrollment process.
• Provide professional, consultative customer service during each interaction.
• Maintain accurate customer information and enrollment documentation.
