Job summary

Behavioral Health Works in Pomona, CA, seeks a licensed BCBA to lead the clinical side of ABA services. You will design and oversee treatment plans, mentor technicians and case supervisors, and guide families through meaningful progress.

You’ll partner with the Clinical Director to ensure high-quality, compassionate services for every client. The role offers 50% remote work, a sign-on bonus up to $5,000, competitive salary, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or related field.
• BCBA certification or licensed healthcare professional eligibility.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors.
• Conduct FBAs, update client programs, and track progress.
• Provide parent coaching and support.
• Maintain quality documentation and reports.
• Mentor staff and lead monthly trainings.
• Stay current with research and share best practices.
