Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking motivated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in-home or in community settings across the United States. You’ll schedule your own hours, choose caseloads, and benefit from a robust clinical team, ongoing CEUs, and a path for growth.

Start as a part-time BCBA provider with free training, support from lead BCBAs, and access to a wide network. Licensing support is provided for working across states, and same-day pay options are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for implementation of skill-building and care plans.
