Job summary

BK Behavior is hiring BCBA/ABA professionals to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings nationwide. Roles start part-time with flexible hours and the ability to work remotely across the USA, with licensing support provided.

You'll have a supportive clinical team, ongoing CEUs, and a pathway for professional growth. Training is provided over two months, with competitive compensation and the freedom to build your schedule around life demands, including a payment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
