Job summary

BK Behavior seeks compassionate ABA professionals to deliver one-on-one services across client homes or community settings in the United States. You will implement evidence-based ABA interventions, track progress, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team.

Roles start part-time with the option to expand; complete RBT certification is required before working, and training is provided. Enjoy flexible scheduling, 3–10 caseload options, and growth opportunities within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement skill-building and care plans within the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
