Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking dedicated team members to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings across the USA. You’ll join a supportive clinical team, receive ongoing CEUs and training, and help children with Autism reach meaningful outcomes.

We offer six months of learning and growth opportunities, a two-month paid training period, and the option to work part-time with flexible scheduling that fits your life.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Other non-technical soft skills are valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, promoting independence and positive behavior.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
