Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years scheduling experience in healthcare or therapy settings.
Familiarity with ABA therapy and its importance in various environments.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in scheduling software (CodeMetro, MeasurePM, or similar) and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the schedules of ABA therapists across various locations (homes, schools, clinics).
Ensure optimal match between client needs and therapist availability.
Communicate schedule changes promptly to clients and therapists.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records in the system.
Work closely with the clinical team to understand client needs and therapist qualifications.
Address and resolve scheduling conflicts and adjustments in a timely manner.
Provide administrative support to the ABA department as needed.
