CHILD COMMUNICATION AND BEHAVIOR SPECIALISTS in San Jose seeks a Dual-Role Scheduling Coordinator / Behavior Technician. The role combines administrative scheduling support with direct ABA therapy services, with hours split from morning scheduling to afternoon/evening therapy sessions.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills are required.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities are essential.
• Proficiency with scheduling systems and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily staff and client scheduling coordination.
• Monitor cancellations, schedule changes, and coverage needs.
• Support case planning and scheduling adjustments.
• Communicate professionally with families, staff, and supervisors.
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services in the afternoon/evening.
• Maintain accurate scheduling documentation and systems.
