Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking an Intake Coordinator to manage referrals, verify client information, and support clinicians and staff across the organization. You will help optimize intake processes, coordinate with funding sources, and ensure timely documentation in EMR systems while supporting regional operations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university or the equivalent of two years of college coursework.
• 3-5 years of ABA intake required
• Spanish Speaking required
• Experience with CentralReach
• Experience with CRM systems
• High volume intake processes
• Computer proficient in word processing, database, spreadsheet and Internet software programs.
• Able to interact professionally with volunteers, staff, clients and the public from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong editing skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Able to exercise confidentiality and discretion.
• Familiar with the ABA field.
• Sensitive to diverse population.

Responsibilities

• Processes referrals daily in a timely manner.
• Provides comprehensive intake data to leadership within the same day of completion.
• Acts as a resource to staff on intake and triage.
• Assists scheduling with referrals and treatment details.
• Participates in intake/triage orientation for new staff.
• Responds to emergencies per policies.
• Enter relevant client information from referrals.
• Enter authorization information into EMR and assign CPT/ICD-9 codes.
• Follow up with funding sources for missing authorizations.
• Review assessments for clerical errors before sending to funding sources.
• Identify billing/documentation issues for clinicians.
• Answer inquiries from clinicians, clients, and funding sources.
• Enter referral information into tracking systems daily.
• Monitor referral process and assessment completion.
• Flag urgent intakes and escalate to supervisor.
• Develop and revise intake/treatment systems for funding sources.
• Provide timing info to scheduling and regional leadership to ensure timely services.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
