Qualifications

• Prior experience in ABA, behavioral health, or autism services.
• Strong understanding of ABA terminology and workflows (RBTs, sessions, data collection, authorizations, etc.).
• Experience using Rethink or similar ABA software platforms (CentralReach, Catalyst, etc.).
• Excellent spoken and written English with a professional, neutral phone presence.

Responsibilities

• Handle after-hours intake calls from families and referral sources.
• Support RBTs with onboarding, training, and technical support inside the Rethink platform.
• Explain services, next steps, and expectations clearly to families and clinicians.
• Route or elevate urgent or clinical matters appropriately.
