ABA Achievers in Herriman, UT is seeking a dynamic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our mission-driven clinical team. You will implement ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA and support children with autism and developmental disabilities.

This part-time role offers afternoon hours and requires current RBT certification, at least 6 months of relevant experience, and strong communication with families.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months hands-on experience with children with developmental disabilities.
• Current RBT certification is required.
• Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation.
• Familiarity with Rethink data-entry and session documentation.

Responsabilités

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision.
• Provide supervision across home or school settings.
• Collect accurate session data and enter into Rethink within 24 hours.
• Maintain fidelity to BIPs and report observations to supervising BCBA.

Job description:

Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA
• supervision across home or school settings
• Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session
• Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)process and report observations to supervising BCBA

Skills:

• Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in
• Maintain professional communication with families
• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience working
• with children with developmental disabilities
• Current RBT certification
• Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation supporting the autism community
