Job summary

OOS Management Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our mission-driven clinical team in Riverton, Utah. This role involves implementing ABA therapy programs with children who have autism and developmental disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of hands-on experience and a current RBT certification. We are dedicated to supporting our technicians and offer opportunities for advancement within the company.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA
  supervision across home, school, and center-based
  settings
• Collect accurate session data and enter
  documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each
  session
• Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior
  intervention plans (BIPs)
• Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in
  process
• Maintain professional communication with families
  and report observations to supervising BCBA

Skills

• Minimum 6 months of hands‑on experience working
  with children with developmental disabilities
• Current RBT certification
• Experience with ABA data collection and session
  documentation
