Job summary

Lingraphica seeks a Customer Training and Success Specialist to ensure new Lingraphica customers have the knowledge and confidence to use their device after purchase. You will deliver one-on-one and group training, focusing on device use mechanics and real-life application, with documentation in the CRM and collaboration with product, sales, and support teams.

The role emphasizes adaptable training, remote work from a home office, and ongoing coaching to build customer confidence over time.

Qualifications

Experience as Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or SLPA.
2+ years of AAC training, clinical instruction, or related teaching/coaching experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Proficiency with Zoom or other virtual platforms and/or teletherapy experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one and small group training for PWCCs and care partners, tailored to their needs and comfort with technology.
Facilitate group training sessions through the Lingraphica Device Users Community.
Document all customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing and Support to improve learner experience and inform improvements.
