Job summary

Craig Design Llc is seeking an Architectural/Engineering Design Manager with Telecom experience to lead wireless project design in a flexible work-from-home setup. The role requires client coordination, site walks, and cross-functional oversight to deliver A&E plans from remote teams.

The ideal candidate has telecom design experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple sites and stakeholders across the Texas market.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to use Project Management software (Excel, Word, etc).
• Excellent computer/reporting skills with MS Excel and project tracking tools.
• Highly organized, able to multi-task with limited supervision.
• Team player able to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Walk Sites and identify design needs.
• Meet with clients.
• Coordinate between site design, technical design and construction design.
• Work directly with staff and tracking of site information, other design and project documentation.
• Ensure that the teams keep customers informed of project progress, issues and projected completion dates.
• Monitor the preparation and updates of site status reports and attend client meetings as required.
• Deliver A&E plans from remote teams.
