Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use Project Management software (Excel, Word, etc).
• Excellent computer/reporting skills, including a high level of proficiency with MS Excel and other database/project management tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Walk sites and identify design needs.
• Meet with clients.
• Coordinate between site design, technical design and construction design.
• Work directly with staff and track site information and project documentation.
• Ensure teams keep customers informed of progress, issues and dates.
• Monitor preparation and updates of site status reports and attend client meetings.
• Deliver A&E plans from remote teams.
