Job summary

NAMI Chicago is seeking a Part-Time 988 Lifeline Supervisor to lead a remote team of crisis counselors serving the Chicago area. The role includes supervising daily shift operations, providing clinical guidance, and ensuring compassionate, trauma-informed service delivery.

The position requires a Master’s in a social services field (LMFT/LSW/LCPC/QMHP credentials), strong crisis experience, and the ability to attend in-person trainings at the Chicago office as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in social services.
• LCSW/LCPC preferred.
• QMHP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of crisis counselors in the 988 Lifeline program.
• Provide clinical and administrative supervision on shift.
• Ensure quality service delivery and trauma-informed leadership.
• Oversee documentation and compliance across platforms.
• Coordinate with community providers and participate in trainings.
