Qualifikationen

• Active clinical licensure as defined by WA state for behavioral health professionals.
• One of LICSW/LSWAIC/LMHC/LMHCA/LMFT/LMFTA/ARNP/psychiatrist/psychologist/PA under psychiatry.
• Maintenance of licensure and continuing education as required.

Aufgaben

• Provide risk assessment oversight and clinical decision making on live calls.
• Support Diversion Specialists with coaching and crisis intervention plans.
• Coordinate referrals to community resources to stabilize callers.
• Document calls accurately in the electronic health record.
• Ensure fidelity to 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline guidelines.
