Qualifications

• Active licensure as LICSW/LMHC/LMFT in WA or equivalent in the state.
• Kept licensure up-to-date with CEUs and credentialing requirements.
• Experience in crisis intervention and public safety collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 911 Crisis Diversion staff during shifts and provide coaching.
• Assess risk of harm and ensure appropriate clinical interventions.
• Document calls accurately in the health record and link to resources.
• Maintain fidelity to 988 crisis guidelines and AIRS information standards.
