This role involves drafting and prosecuting patent applications and requires strong technical knowledge in telecommunications technologies. Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years experience in patent applications related to 4G, 5G, 6G.
• Experience with 3GPP Communication Standards Organization submissions.
• Registration with USPTO is required.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute patent applications for 4G, 5G, and 6G technologies.
• Prepare claim charts mapping patent claims to 3GPP standards.
• Provide strategic patent advice and support new practice area development.
