Guidant Financial is hiring for a Retirement Plan Operations Specialist to learn the full process of administering, testing, and reporting on 401(k) plans. You will review documents, keep clients updated, and assist with year-end filings such as IRS Form 5500.

Through accelerated training, you will grow from document review to handling basic plan administration and reporting tasks. This remote role supports clients nationwide with a strong emphasis on accuracy and communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with document review and transaction processing.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Background in retirement-plan operations or financial administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to prepare annual reporting.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Reconcile plans using Excel and administration software.
• Perform 401(k) testing and government filings preparation.
• Educate clients on plan administration and documents.
