Transworld Systems Inc. is hiring a Remote Call Center Representative to join our growing customer service team.

This remote role allows you to work from home with CST/EST considerations, and offers paid training and a generous bonus opportunity. In this position you will contact consumers by phone, update account records, perform skip tracing, and guide delinquent customers toward payment arrangements while staying compliant with laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• 3rd party healthcare collections experience required.
• Ambitious and growth-minded.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with consumers by telephone and process written correspondence to resolve unpaid accounts.
• Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates on computer files for each call.
• Skip tracing to locate consumer contact information.
• Counsel delinquent consumers to assist in finding funds to meet payment obligations.
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to job duties.
• Comply with TSI policies and procedures and stay up-to-date on company rules.
• Provide feedback to management and suggest process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
